V-Ray 7 Update 4 is Chaos' production renderer for architectural and VFX work. The update unifies real-time and final-quality rendering in a single viewport pass, adds relighting for Gaussian splat scans and brings AI ideation tools that work directly against the live scene.

Installers for both the 3ds Max and Maya hosts are included, together with Chaos Scatter, V-Ray Fur and the Chaos Cosmos asset library. Activation is applied by the installer and the licence server never phones home.

How to install

  1. Unpack the archive

  3. Pick your host versions (3ds Max and/or Maya)

  5. Restart the host application
