Soda PDF 14 handles the everyday document cycle: opening and annotating files, editing text and images in place, assembling and splitting pages, and converting to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Forms can be built from scratch or recognised automatically in scans, and signature workflows cover both drawn and certificate-based signing.

The desktop client keeps everything local, so OCR, conversion and redaction do not depend on a remote service. Batch actions run across folders, and the multi-document tabbed view keeps several files open for side-by-side comparison. This pre-activated build unlocks the complete feature set offline.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR
2. Run the installer as Administrator
3. Choose a custom path and clear the bundled browser toolbar option
4. Launch the editor and verify activation in Help > About
5. Set the default OCR language under Preferences
