ProWritingAid Premium analyses a draft and returns a set of separate reports rather than a single score: grammar and style, readability, sentence length variation, sticky sentences, echoes and repeated words, pacing, dialogue and more. Each report highlights the relevant passages in the text, and every suggestion explains the underlying rule or pattern so a writer can decide whether to accept it.
The application works on whole documents as well as snippets, which makes structural feedback practical on chapter-length texts. It integrates with Microsoft Word and Scrivener, and a built-in editor handles drafts kept outside those applications. A personal dictionary and custom style rules keep project-specific terminology out of the reports, and the licence state is checked in Help > About after installation.
