Proton VPN comes from the team behind Proton Mail and runs entirely on Swiss infrastructure with a strict no-logs policy that has been publicly audited. The Windows client offers Secure Core routing, which sends traffic through hardened privacy hubs before it exits, plus the Stealth protocol that disguises VPN traffic as ordinary HTTPS on networks that block tunnels.

The app adds NetShield DNS-level filtering, per-app split tunnelling, Moderately/Strict kill switch profiles and a permanent 10 Gbps server backbone. This release is pre-activated: Secure Core, NetShield and every country in the paid pool unlock at first launch with no account prompt.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR
2. Run the installer as Administrator
3. Follow the wizard and pick a custom install path
4. Choose the kill switch profile you want and confirm the TUN driver
5. Launch Proton VPN and confirm the licence dialog appears unlocked
