Nuance Power PDF targets office and legal workflows: convert any printable document to PDF through virtual printers or Office add-ins, assemble and annotate pages, then lock the result with certificates and permission profiles. The interface follows the ribbon conventions most users already know from Word and Excel.

The Advanced line adds document assembly from mixed sources, automatic form-field recognition that turns scanned paperwork into fillable forms, redaction with pattern search for numbers and identifiers, and PDF/A output for archival compliance. Connectors for document management systems are included in the installer.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR
2. Run the setup executable as Administrator
3. Choose the components matching your workflow
4. Restart Outlook and Word so the add-ins register
5. Activate the licence from the Help menu
