NetLimiter v5.3.5

NetLimiter tracks live download and upload rates for every process and lets you apply hard limits, priorities and quotas per application. Its rule set can also block a program from reaching the network entirely, which is useful for update checks and telemetry.

Statistics are written to a local database, so long-term traffic history survives reboots and can be filtered by application, host or time range. Rule groups switch automatically with the network you are connected to.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip

3. Allow the network driver to install when Windows asks
