PowerDirector 365 is CyberLink's flagship editing application. The subscription tier normally unlocks the AI toolkit, the stock media library and the premium plug-in pack; this build ships with those components enabled, including AI Sky Replacement, AI Motion Tracking, Video Enhancement and the denoise/sharpen modules.

Performance is the headline: multi-threaded rendering and TrueVelocity make 4K projects scrub smoothly on mid-range hardware, while the 100-track timeline keeps large multicam projects manageable. The installer is offline and activation is applied during setup, so no CyberLink account is required.

2. Run the installer as Administrator
3. Choose the premium component pack during setup
