Chief Architect Premier X18 is built for residential design and remodelling: walls, roofs, framing and foundations are generated in 3D while plans, elevations and sections stay in sync. X18 adds a reworked roof and truss generator, faster ray-traced views and finer material and lighting controls.
The package includes the full Premier feature set with the manufacturer catalog library, layout sheets for construction documents, automated cost estimates and viewer exports for clients. It installs and runs entirely offline, pre-activated.
