Revit 2027 is Autodesk's building information modelling platform for architects, engineers and contractors. This release introduces an AI assistant that understands plain-language requests, an open MCP interface for connecting external tools to a live model, production-ready accelerated graphics and faster worksharing without cloud round-trips.
The offline package includes Revit plus the structural, MEP and Dynamo add-ons with a large family library. Setup applies activation locally, so no Autodesk account or cloud credits are needed.
