Affinity Photo 2 handles layer-based editing in 8, 16 and 32 bits per channel, with live filters, adjustment layers and masks that stay editable for the whole life of a project. Focus merging, HDR merging and panorama stitching are part of the application rather than separate utilities.

The develop module covers raw processing with lens corrections and tone mapping, while the photo workspace provides frequency separation, liquify, inpainting and a full retouch toolset. Batch jobs and macro recording cover repetitive work across folders. The package installs offline as a pre-activated build.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR
2. Run the installer as Administrator
3. Choose a custom path and disable the optional cloud link
4. Launch Photo and confirm activation in Help > Account
5. Set colour space and performance preferences for your GPU
