Windows 11 AIO 25H2: Clean Install Guide (UEFI + TPM Bypass)

2026-09-16 · SoftVault team

Everything about the 15-in-1 image: writing the stick with Rufus, bypassing hardware checks on older PCs and a clean first boot.

The 25H2 AIO image contains every current Windows 11 edition in one ISO. This guide covers writing a bootable stick, getting around the TPM and Secure Boot requirements on older hardware, and what to do on the first boot.

Writing the USB stick

Use Rufus with a stick of 16 GB or larger. Pick the GPT partition scheme with UEFI target if your PC boots in UEFI mode, and MBR if it is an older BIOS machine. Rufus will offer to remove the TPM, Secure Boot and RAM requirements — keep those checkboxes on for older hardware.

Installing

  1. Boot from the stick (F12 / F8 / Del, depending on the board).
  2. Choose the edition — Pro is the safe default for desktop use.
  3. Select Custom install and remove all partitions on the system drive.
  4. Skip the Microsoft account prompt with Shift+F10, then run the offline OOBE command shown in the included readme.
  5. Let Windows finish setup; activation runs in the background.

First boot checklist

Install chipset and GPU drivers first, then everything else. Turn on System Restore and create a restore point before installing large software. The image ships with telemetry trimmed — check that the services you rely on (Windows Update, Defender) are still running as expected.
