XCOM 2 puts you in command of a resistance faction after Earth has already fallen to the aliens. Missions alternate between turn-based tactical fights, where cover, flanking, overwatch and destructible terrain decide outcomes, and base management aboard the flying Avenger, where research, engineering and a map of resistance contacts allocate very limited resources.

The build is at version 1.2.0 with the War of the Chosen expansion content: the Chosen hunters, the Lost and Aberration enemies, faction heroes, covert ops, and the soldier bond and fatigue systems. Unpack the archive, run the setup, wait for verification and launch. All campaigns, including Ironman, run offline from the desktop shortcut.

How to install

1. Unpack the archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR onto a drive with 80 GB free
2. Run setup as Administrator and select the install folder
3. Wait for the file verification to finish
4. Launch the game and start a campaign on the difficulty of your choice
